For several months now, we have been talking on social media about a new project that Konstelacio has been working on behind the scenes. Many of you have been eagerly awaiting more information.The time has finally come to officially present the association's new baby!

Following the Lyra project, which addressed the issue of intercultural dialogue from the perspective of traditional music (https://youtu.be/q3_3_YBDduQ), Konstelacio is delighted to embarkon a journey of culinary discoverywith URSINO.

We will visitseven countriestomeetwithteenagers and work with them tocollect traditional recipesfromtheir families and communities. With our help and that of experts (chefs, researchers, journalists, etc.), the young people will then conductresearch to determine the origin of the recipes and ingredients.
The aim is for them to discover for themselves that these dishes, which are emblematic of our cultures, are the result of encounters between peoples.
Culture is not a fixed entity buta constantly evolving process that is enriched by cultural encounters and cross-fertilization.

Ursino will take us to France (Brittany and the Lyon region), Italy, Lebanon, New Zealand, Benin, Argentina, and Canada (Quebec).

Throughout theUrsino project, we will work with students to produceshort videosin whichthey themselves will present some of the key findings from their research. These videos will then be shared among young people in the seven countries and with the general public. In this way, they willplay an active role in passing on their cultural heritageandthe values promoted by the project.
We will also produce "gastronomic teasers" for each country, allowing you to discover the local culinary culture through images: market stalls, local producers, families cooking, specific cooking methods, etc.

At the end of this culinary adventure around the world, we will publish acookbookcompilingthe recipes collected and chosen by the young people, as well as excerpts from their research.

In a few days, we will launch anonline fundraising campaign on the Ulule platform. This stage of the project is fundamental, allowing us toraise funds,mobilize theKonstelaciocommunity around this new project, andshow our potential financial partners that we have the supportofmany people.
