The crowdfunding campaign we launched on the Ulule platform (fr.ulule.com/ursino) is proving particularly successful! In just a week and a half, we have reached 48% of our target of €12,000 thanks to 46 contributors. This is very encouraging and shows how much this issue affects everyone.
At a time when we must fight to defend fundamental human rights, even though France's motto is fraternity, many of us want to get to know the Other, and through this process, get to know ourselves a little better.
Many of us remember that we are the product of diversity.

At Konstelacio, we liketo challenge ourselves. We like to take on projects even if we don't always have a PhD or ten years of experience in the subject we want to talk about. Our strength lies precisely in our ability to set up these projects by surrounding ourselves with wonderful people who share our values and who do have this expertise.
We have the honor and pleasure of working with chefSonia Ezgulian, "the fairy godmother of cooking and the art of transforming peelings, a matchmaker of flavors with an always unexpected touch," and Argentine chefSoledad Nardelli, head chef and gastronomic ambassador of Argentina.

"Because I see cooking as a constellation of life experiences, diverse traditions, and knowledge from all walks of life, it seemed obvious to me to support the Ursino project and the Konstelacio association, which aims to educate the general public about cultural diversity."
