A wonderful outpouring of generosity for the Ursino project!
We are delighted and proud to announce the success of our fundraising campaign on the Ulule platform!
1 month, 81 donors, and €5,510 raised!
This success proves once again that cultural diversity is a unifying force. For Konstelacio, it's not just about finding funding. We are touched to see this wonderful community around us and to realize that so many of us share these values of respect, curiosity, and openness, which we believe are so fundamental!
The money raised will be added to grants and corporate donations to carry out the first phase of Ursinoin our first five countries: France, Italy, Lebanon, Ireland, and Morocco.
Our mission now will be to organize these trips by finding local educational partners, identifying chefs and food historians with whom we can collaborate, and conducting as much research as possibleon local history, cuisine, traditions, and culture.
