Ursino's crowdfunding campaign on Ulule is a success!
125 ofyou financially supported this new Konstelacio project, donatinga total of €12,352! We were also fortunate to receive support from two companies, Contrex and Winelia, whom we would like to sincerely thank.
Many of you havestood by us, not only by making donations, but also by encouraging us, sharing information, making videos of support, spreading the word through press articles and radio interviews, and reminding us thattogether we would achieve our goal no matter what. There is no better way to start a great adventure than with such a united and committed community.
A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone.
What's next?
Many of you have asked us if we are ready to get started.
Not yet...patience, patience!
Organizing such an ambitious project, in seven countries, with experts, partners, and dozens of young people, takes time and requires a substantial budget.
The next steps will take place in parallel: continuing to build the project and forge partnerships, continuing to learn about the culinary history of the countries we will be visiting, and continuing to raise funds.
You can help us in several ways:
- If you are a business leader, know a business leader, or work for a company that has a foundation, please contact us! You can promote the project internally tosupport a funding application.
- If you have anysuggestions for books to read, films to watch, or radio programs to listen tothat explore the culinary history of France (Brittany and the Lyon region), Italy, Lebanon, New Zealand, Benin, Argentina, or Canada/Quebec, please send us an email. We are looking to expand our collection of resources on this topic.
- If you have contacts amongchefs, food journalists, or historians inthese seven countries who might be interested in the project, please let us know!
