We have just been accredited byUNESCO to perform advisory functions for the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage!
What exactly does that mean?
The committee responsible for implementing the 2003 Convention will now be able to call on our expertise as part of its mission to safeguard living heritage. We are also joining the Forum of Accredited NGOs, a fantastic network of actors from around the world who are committed to the causes we defend.
This is a wonderful reward, recognizing our expertise in this area, which is the result of more than 11 years of international, intercultural, and educational work carried out by Konstelacio.
