The Konstelacio association is pleased to announce the imminent launch of the Ursino project.

Before setting off to discover the world and its culinary traditions, we will explore our own roots with young people training at the En Avant de Guingamp football club in partnership with Les Kalon, the club's supporters' association.

We are pleased to invite you to a traditional recipe collection session, which will take place on Wednesday, April 3, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Notre-Dame middle and high school, 21 rue des Capucins in Guingamp, in the presence of Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Adam, Ursino's ambassador in Brittany.

Bring your family recipes or typical Breton or French recipes to share with the young people. Based on these, they will then conduct research to discover the origins of these dishes and ingredients. At the end of the project, they will make videos and help create a cookbook to share their work and pass on their heritage.

It's quite a program, and we need your participation! We hope to see many of you there!
