We announced the big news in our last newsletter. Konstelacio is embarking on a brand new adventure: theUrsino project.
Ursino is about delicious family recipes,passed down from generation to generation, evolving over time and throughcultural exchanges. Young people from seven countries will discover the multiple roots of their cultures and, in turn, share themwith the rest of the world. They will learn thatour cultures are the result of encounters between peoplesand that they are constantly enriched by cultural mixing, particularly incuisine.
