Konstelacio and the Rotary Club Bretagne-Mayenne pour la Paix have joined forces to create a calendar for the year 2025!

The Rotary International and Konstelacio partnership

Rotary International, with its network of more than 1.4 million members, encourages everyone to come together and take action to bring about lasting change in the world, in their communities, and in themselves. Rotary is thus involved in promoting peace, health, and, of course, education throughout the world. Konstelacio, a Breton NGO recognized by UNESCO, has been raising awareness among young people around the world about intercultural dialogue and peace for 14 years. From storytelling to cooking and music, Konstelacio encourages the citizens of tomorrow to build a peaceful and multicultural society. By joining forces, we were able to come up with this 2025 calendar, which offers a solidarity-based tour of the world through recipes.

The 2025 calendar

The Ursino project is an educational culinary project aimed at helping 250 teenagers from nine countries discover that our cultures, particularly our gastronomic cultures, have always been the result of encounters between peoples. With the help of chefs and food historians, students collect traditional recipes from their families and communities. They then set out to discover the migratory history of the ingredients and share their findings in short educational videos broadcast internationally.

With this culinary calendar, you will find a traditional recipe every month and discover new flavors throughout the year. All recipes have been illustrated by our talented graphic designer and illustrator Clara Malenfant. A huge thank you to her! Finally, each 2025 calendar is sold for €12, which will be donated to the association and used to finance the Ursino project!
