Review of the first edition of the global march for peace and diversity
450 students participate in our solidarity march for peace
From Benin to Nigeria, via Brittany, no fewer than 450 students took part in the first edition of the World March for Peace and Diversity. This international event aims to promote tolerance, respect, and unity between cultures through a powerful symbolic action: walking together for a more harmonious world .
Before the march, teachers from different schools led educational workshops to raise awareness among students about the importance of peace and intercultural dialogue. The program included an inspiring story about diversity, a brainstorming session on the concept of culture, and the personalization of the bibs worn during the march. These activities allowed the young participants to reflect on the meaning of this initiative and to embrace its fundamental values.
This solidarity walk not only strengthened the bonds between participants, but also had a positive impact on local communities, highlighting the importance of living together and respecting differences. The event raised awareness among children from all backgrounds and several continents, while helping to fund Konstelacio's activities.
A huge thank you to our partners for sponsoring the classes by funding their race bibs!
And a huge thank you to the establishments for participating in this first edition!
See you next year!
